style=\"font-weight: 400;\">User Demographics:<\/span><\/h1>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">The distribution of respondents was: <\/span><\/p>\n<ol>\n<li><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Graduate Students (30%)<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Research Staff (16%)<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Faculty and PIs (19%)<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\"> Postdocs (15%)<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Research Fellows (5.5%)<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Undergrads (2.5%)<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Other\/Various (totaling 12%).<\/span><\/li>\n<\/ol>\n<h1>Response Summaries:<\/h1>\n<h3><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Cluster Usage:<\/span><\/h3>\n<p><b>Key findings from Computing questions:<\/b><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">70% of the users are using command line access where 30% use Open OnDemand service (Interactive Browser)<\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">62 users are interested in more Nvidia GPUs and 42 users requested for High memory nodes (2TB+).\u00a0<\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">These is interest in ARM, AMD and AMD GPU chipsets<\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Users ranked highly on meeting computational needs, ease of use, and support of their current software and workflows while 18 (15%) expressed reliability concerns.\u00a0<\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">The most used languages or programs are Python3, R, and Bash.<\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Popular AI\/ML tools are Pytorch, Tensorflow and OpenAI<\/span><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h3><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Storage:<\/span><\/h3>\n<p><b>Key findings from Storage questions:<\/b><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Users use Global Scratch to run their workflows for better performance.<\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Users ranked highly on meeting needs, ease of use, and support of their current workflows while 15(13%) expressed reliability concerns.\u00a0<\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">26% have a external backups for their data, 26% maintain a backup on FASRC storage while 13% does not have data backups<\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">29% is interested in having a disaster backup for our Tier 0 storage<\/span><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h3><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Support and Documentation:<\/span><\/h3>\n<p><b>Key finding from support and documentation questions:<\/b><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Support is responsive, helpful, intelligible, thorough and easy to work with.<\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">50% of surveyee never attended office hours, 25% attended only once and 25% multiple times<\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">There are mixed feelings about the documentation, with some users finding it complete and useful, while others find it overwhelming or lacking in certain areas.<\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">We got good feedback on documents to add and improve\u00a0<\/span><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h3><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Training:<\/span><\/h3>\n<ul>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Training sessions are seen as thorough and instructive<\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">There's a demand for more topics to be covered.\u00a0<\/span><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h1><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Recommendations:<\/span><\/h1>\n<ul>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">To
